The underlying intention of all translation science strategies is the translating, transferring of best available research evidence to influence outcomes associated with a practice problem. As established, we have national practice problems that need attention. Over the past weeks, our focus on eight national practice problems confirms outcomes that are substandard at both the national level and across our local practice settings.
