This essay assignment must include all of the following sections:

- Main content:

- Research and provide descriptions/examples of vertical integration within your chosen system (coordination across the continuum of care: outpatient care, inpatient care, therapy, long term care, insurance, pharmacy, etc.)
- Other newsworthy items – whether good or bad!
- Concluding paragraph
- APA formatted reference list with corresponding APA in-text citation for all sources on the reference list
