Content: Write a reflective paper recognizing how your own leadership/communication style preferences have been informed through our own journey (personal, academic, professional) with the following sections covered: Introduction: Identify your personal style based on the styles outlined in the text or other academic resources. Background of this style: Strengths and Weaknesses of this style (in theory) Self-Analysis (in practice): Pay particular attention to how your own personality and leadership preferences may create problematic blind spots in your leadership. How can you minimize these personal blind spots? Conclusion: Format: This paper is for a “popular press” audience, but appropriate APA style is still required for format and citations. The paper must be approximately 8-10 pages, double spaced (not counting title page, or reference sections).
