Leadership is an attribute that is often missing in many mangers, yet a true leader can make or break an organization. The field of healthcare management does not require any credentials to work, yet someone holding a credential in leadership holds a competitive edge against those who do not.

• Perform a SWOT analysis of your current leadership toolkit and skillset.
  • Describe areas of strength and areas of weakness.
• Explain how this course and credential will help to capitalize on personal strengths and strengthen weaknesses.
• Describe how topics from this program will be implemented a current job or future position of healthcare manager?
