Tom works in construction field. One day he was severely hurt by a large metal rod.
He did first aid on the site and forgot about it. A week later he woke up to
stiff neck, arms, and legs. He had sore throat and felt restlessness. He was
not able to talk as he had difficulty opening his jaw. He went to a doctor at
once. The doctor took a look at his wound cleaned it up properly and
administered antitoxin.
