State of Legalizing Marijuana

In this week’s discussion thread, give a 50 word response to each of these questions, and a response to someone else’s post– and as you prepare your posts, please remember the rules of civility outlined in the syllabus. This is a controversial issue for many, but it’s only through clear, thoughtful posts that the issues can be recognized and resolved:
- From a legal perspective, what’s the Federalism issue that’s involved here? In other words, why is this a problem?
- What is the best, constitutional way to resolve this dilemma?
- How realistic would it be to implement the solution you’ve described in #2?
