Vaccinations

*Attached is the rubric and the requirements that need to be met*

Also, I have attached an outline I previously wrote. It’s not perfect, but it’s just a baseline of what I had in mind so please make sure they somewhat correlate. Include technical aspects of vaccines, public policy debates regarding vaccines, arguments such as parents’ refusal to vaccination their children and the reasons behind their refusal, and an opinion based on pro and con arguments. The paper should include arguments from both sides.

Please include a title page, subheadings throughout the paper, and a references page.
