Women in STEM Symposium Discussion

I’m trying to study for my Social Science course and I need some help to understand this question.

Writing a paper on the following(1000-1200): What was the purpose of the event(why it was being held), who organized it, who was there, why were they there? What was the broader context of the event in terms of a social force or social structure? What was the content-what happened? What information or message was conveyed? How was a variable(s) such as race, sex, education, economic class present in the event, and reactions, and the potential effectiveness of the activity.

Analysis of this event’s content and process through the eyes of three Sociological Perspectives: Functionalism, Conflict Theory, and Symbolic Interaction. One paragraph per Perspective makes sense
