Internal And external Stakeholders Essay

I’m studying and need help with a Health & Medical question to help me learn.

Recently your hospital announced that it would be building a new wing to house a robotic outpatient surgery center. One of the first steps conducted was an analysis of the internal and external customers of the organization and what value this new service would bring to these customers, and the impact it would have. For this discussion identify either one internal or external customer and discuss the value and impact. Review the posts of those before you and try to identify a customer that has not yet been discussed.

Hi Class! As you get ready to dive into this weeks discussion, I challenge students to think of stakeholders outside of the obvious clinical departments/roles that would be impacted by such! Of course you are free to discuss the clinical service department and roles but really love to see us thinking outside of the box. 🙂
