Scope of Practice for Nurse Educator Worksheet

Use the “Scope of Practice Graphic Organizer Template” to complete this assignment. Review the National League for Nursing Educator (NLN) Nurse Educator Competencies (2012) in the Teaching in Nursing: A Guide for Faculty textbook. In the graphic organizer, define each of the eight competencies and describe how they relate to the nurse educator’s scope of practice. Explain how you might apply each of the eight competencies in your practice and identify challenges to that application in either the clinical or academic setting.
