Fill out the required personal information and start recording your food intake. Record at least 6 days of food and beverage intake and include at least one weekend day (6 days total)Look carefully at the assignment so that you will include all parts and not lose points for incomplete work. Remember that 1 gram of carbohydrate = 4 calories; 1 gram of protein = 4 calories; and 1 gram of fat = 9 calories. Pay special attention to the “To Be Passed In” Section. Also, each question and response has a point value assigned to it. A question worth a lot of points deserves a detailed, thorough response to earn full credit. This project is a very good eye opener to your nutritional intake. If you have been using another tracker and prefer it, that’s fine but just be sure that you can answer all the questions, include all parts, and fill out the forms correctly.
